Placing an Order
When you place an order, we send it to our manufacturers to produce specially for you! So you’re never ordering an item that has been sat in storage.
We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time when the transaction or service does not comply with our business policy, or in the event where there are reports or suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity. In these events, we will not be liable for refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, we will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site. Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our Site are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover a patent error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price, provided that the error was recognizable, and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is patently priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at GRACE Magazine. We value you as a customer and want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 2 weeks from receipt to issue a refund or exchange for your product/service.
If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

The product has to be damage free, if we find any damage on the product we will cancel your refund/exchange immediately.
- The item must be received within the stated timeframe.
We at GRACE Magazine, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that GRACE Magazine is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund/exchange of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
When you place an order on www.gracemagonline.com, your order will be subject to shipping fees depending on your country.
Order processing is between 5-7 business days with standard shipping 2-3 business days. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days to pass before submitting any order enquiries. All orders are shipped using a trackable method and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.
GRACE Magazine is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return. We recommend using a 1st class tracked service for returns as we cannot be held liable for items that go missing in transit or arrive late.
